Friday Sparkle #25

I’m very much looking forward to the Vintage Chic Wedding Fair at Stancliffe Hall this Sunday (the last one for Tattered Rose this year!)

I really enjoy taking part in these specialist vintage wedding fairs.  It’s great to look around at all of the stands and see what fabulous things are on offer.  One thing I have noticed from exhibiting at a number of these fairs is the fact that the visitors are very interested in the little details of their wedding.  This is something I am also passionate about, it’s a fabulous way to make the day personal and to include some of the little traditions that may have been diluted or forgotten over time.

Here are some cute little charms that are perfect to include your ‘something blue...’

Incorporating Swarovski crystals and/or pearls in soft blues along with a lucky sterling silver charm all on a sterling silver lobster clasp.  They can be attached to a number of different places, whether it be visible, on a bouquet, necklace, bracelet or concealed, on a garter, hidden loop inside the dress or underwear!
They can then go on to become a lovely keepsake and possibly even passed down through the family to be used in future weddings.

They will be on display this Sunday at Stancliffe Hall and then available via the Tattered Rose etsy shop next week.

  1. What a fabulous idea - I love them!
    Best wishes for Sunday.

  2. I second that, truely fab. I know I found it hard to incorporate something blue into my deep red and gold colour scheme & having a secret charm would have been fun & special.
